Dear valued clients:

Please note the following important information about your treatment and our policy:

COVID-19 Policy Update: March 15th, 2020

We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff. We are following the procedures provided by the Government of Canada in relation to our facility.

For staff who are ill with fever and/ or infectious respiratory symptoms to stay home from clinic. The consistent practice of good respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene. To ensure regular and routine environment cleaning of the facility. 

We will also be encouraging our clients to take the following precautions:
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer when entry to our clinic. 
- Sneeze and cough into your sleeve.
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Avoid contact with people who are exhibiting symptoms.
- Even if you do not have symptoms, it is recommended to self-isolate for 14 days if you have travelled anywhere outside of Canada (including Domestic flight) 
- Avoid contact with people who are exhibiting symptoms.

Booking Appointments:

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance if possible, to ensure availability. You may do so via email, phone, text or through our online booking system; should you reach our voicemail please leave us a detailed message including your name, the date you are looking for an appointment and for how many people. We will return your call with our availability as soon as possible. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and will only charge your account when necessary on the date of your scheduled treatment. The details of our cancellation policy are stated below.

If you are unsure of what type of service or which practitioner you would like to be treated by, please call us and we will recommend someone based on your individual health care needs. We strive to provide excellent customer service and treatments for our client’s well-being!


Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.


If you don’t receive our confirmation email or text reminder it means that you do not have an appointment with us yet please call our clinic to follow up.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the clinic's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We send confirmation emails, as well as text reminders the day before your appointment; should you need to cancel, please let us know at that time.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 60% of the total amount of your scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that allotted time. Generally, many of our therapists are on an “on call” status, and only arrive for scheduled appointments. For that reason, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time and lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. When booking your first appointment with us, we do need either your credit card information, gift certificate, or insurance information. To guarantee your reservation please have one of those methods of payment ready when booking your appointment. All information provided is securely stored, and you will not be charged unless there is a no show or an appointment cancelled within less than 24 hours. After your treatment, the client may choose their method of payment.

Group Bookings:

For parties of three or more, please contact our Spa Healthcare Manager, Kate (Paphitchaya) for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing.

Cell Phones:

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your services.


Children Policy:

We share equal love for children as you do. While we love to watch them run and play, please understand that our spa's main goal is to create a relaxing experience for all our guests. Our guests visit us on their time off from their busy schedule to feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Please help us maintain our goal by leaving your kids at home with a happy adult and be respectful toward others. 


Prices and Services:

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Certificates are available in any amount or by desired service and may be purchased at the clinic or by phone at 403-483-2715. Are you from out of town? Are you unable to stop by? No problem, we can either mail them to you directly, or send you them by email and keep the originals at the spa for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if they are lost, stolen or misplace. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Please mention if you have a gift certificate when scheduling your appointment with us.


Gratuity is not included in the price of our services; customary tipping runs between 10%-20% but it is solely at your discretion. You may tip your therapist in the room or at the front desk after your treatment with either cash or debit. Any gratuity left for your therapist will be paid directly to them individully. Sabai Thai Healing Spa keeps nothing. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Check in:

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time; we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Personal Belongings:

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home as Sabai Thai Healing Clinic & Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Monthly Promotions:

Our special monthly promotions cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, or third party gift certificates.

Go paperless:

Thank you for helping us use less paper by accepting an e-receipt to your email!

Refund Policy:

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of service. Once your appointment begins, you may ask us to stop the service within the first 10 minutes of your appointment free of charge. However, if the scheduled appointment has been completed, finished with our great work and passion, and you are not satisfied with your service you are responsible for the full amount of your treatment. We can refer you to another health care provider that is better suited to your needs.
