Please note the following important information about your treatment and our policy:


Booking Appointments:

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance if possible, to ensure availability. You may do so via email, phone, text or through our online booking system. Should you reach our voicemail, please leave us a detailed message including your name, the date you are looking for an appointment and for how many people. We will return your call with our availability as soon as possible. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment.We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and will only charge your account when necessary on the date of your scheduled treatment. The details of our cancellation policy are stated below.

If you are unsure of what type of service or which practitioner you would like, please call us and we will recommend someone based on your individual health care needs. We strive to provide excellent customer service and treatments for our client’s well-being!

Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

If you don’t receive our confirmation email or text reminder, it means that you do not have an appointment with us yet. Please call our clinic at (403) 483 2715 to follow up.

We strongly encourage you to complete our Intake Form online. If not, please allow 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete the form and relax before your treatment.


Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the clinic's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. We send confirmation emails, as well as text reminders the day before your appointment; should you need to cancel, please let us know at that time.

Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 60% of the total amount of your scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that allotted time.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. When booking your first appointment with us, we do need either your credit card information or a gift card to guarantee your reservation. Please have one of those methods of payment ready when booking your appointment. All information provided is securely stored, and you will not be charged unless there is a no-show, or an appointment cancelled with less than 12 hour's notice. After your treatment, you may choose your desired method of payment.


Group Bookings:

For parties of three or more, please contact our Spa Healthcare Manager for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing.


Cell Phones:

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist if you need to take a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your services.

 

Family Policy:

We love children as much as you do. And while we love to watch them run and play, please understand that our spa's main goal is to create a relaxing experience for all our guests. We are only able to accommodate people with a booked service. As such, no children are permitted to accompany you during treatment.

 

Prices and Services:

Prices and services are subject to change, without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur. We encourage clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.


Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Cards are available in any amount or by desired service. These may be purchased at the clinic, by phone at 403-483-2715 or online. We can either mail them to you directly, or send them to you by email and keep the originals at the spa for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards, even if they are lost, stolen or misplaced. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Please mention if you have a gift card when scheduling your appointment with us.


Gratuity:

Gratuity and tips are not included in the price of our services. Customary tipping for treatments are usually between 10 to 20 per cent, but tipping is done solely at your discretion. Any and all gratuity left for your therapist will be paid directly to them individually. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!


Check in:

We ask that you please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however the length of service may be adjusted. Please note the full price of scheduled services will still apply, so please plan accordingly.


Personal Belongings:

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home, as Sabai Thai Healing Clinic & Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.


Monthly Promotions:

Our special monthly promotions cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, or third-party gift certificates.


Go paperless:

Thank you for helping us use less paper by accepting an e-receipt to your email!


Refund Policy:

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of service. If you are uncomfortable at all (depth of pressure, temperature, volume of music) please speak up right away so your therapist can try to correct the situation. Once your appointment begins, you may ask us to stop the service within the first 15 minutes of your appointment free of charge. However, if the scheduled appointment has been completed and you are not satisfied with your service, you are responsible for the full amount of your treatment.

If you were unhappy with your service, please speak to our Spa Manager right away or email us at health@sabaithaihealing.ca It's our mission to make every one of your visits an outstanding experience. We would like the opportunity to correct any issues, so please reach out with your feedback. If you were unhappy with your therapist, we can refer you to another health care provider that is better suited to your needs.
